I am a very hard working & driven individual who loves 3 holidays a year and plenty of weekends dancing the night away with my girls! My favorite countries I have visited are Bali and Ibiza and when I’m at home I love to go to Yoga and walk my 4-legged baby Bella the Cockapoo, who is also our AM Office Puppy.
What is your role at AM Recruitment?
I am Level 3 NVQ qualified in Business Administration, IT, and Human Resources. In my role as the HR and Operations Manager at AM Recruitment, I am the driving force behind our seamless operations after starting up the administration department in 2017. With a strategic focus on supporting organisational success and prioritising employee satisfaction, I ensure that AM Recruitment thrives as a dynamic and supportive environment for both our dedicated team and valued clients. My commitment extends to managing our ISO9001 Accreditation, accurately aligning the business with high standards to continuously enhance the quality of our service and internal procedures. In addition to overseeing the administration team, I take charge of client and supplier onboarding, compliance, and legislation, all aimed at bolstering the overall efficiency of our business.
