I am a proud Boro lad, married to Jade, with two kids, Thomas and Jack, and a massive Middlesbrough FC Fan. My biggest passion outside of work??? Probably Parmo!
What is your role at AM Recruitment?
My role is to develop new sales and marketing strategies, create partnerships and win new business for AM Recruitment. I get involved in the marketing, social media, advertising and branding for the company also. You will see me out and about most days of the week at networking events, and run my own called Parmo Business Club (surprise surprise!)
What do you love about working at AM Recruitment?
Recruitment in general is a dog-eat-dog industry, so what I love about AMR is the fact we are ethical, we work every single role professionally and always strive to help each other, not be in competition with each other. It is very fast paced and intense at times however we are an office of friends, not just work colleagues, which makes every day an enjoyable experience!
