Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- MEP Cost Planning / MEP Estimating
- Pre-contract estimating of MEP systems
- MEP procurement advice
- Tender management
- Post contract cost control
- Final Accounts
- MEP specialist cost research
- Managing our Cost Management Services to clients
Compliance
- To ensure understanding of the clients quality and environmental management systems and to work according to their requirements.
- To be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work of the job holder as well as ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation that is applicable to the job.
- Ensure all our clients activities are GDPR compliant.
Also do any ad-hoc duties within the business when necessary.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Min 3-4 Years post graduate Experience
- Understanding of Building Services
- Ability to work in a team environment and on your own initiative
- Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to manage good relationships with clients
