Accountant

Essential Requirements:

· Friendly, hard working and able to work as part of a team.

· Experience of working within an accountancy practice.

· Experience of completing accounts and tax returns for individuals, landlords, partnerships and limited companies.

· Ability to liaise with clients confidently and have a sound understanding of accounting principles.

Desirable Requirements:

· Fully qualified AAT, ATT/CTA, ACCA, ACA or degree equivalent.

· Good IT skills and experience using Tax Calc and Xero software.

· To work as part of a team to complete and finalise accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders across a wide range of business sectors, ensuring deadlines are met.

· To work as part of a team to complete and submit tax returns for limited companies, partnerships, individuals and landlords, ensuring deadlines are met.

· To review and analyse completed accounts before final submissions.

· To liaise with clients on a daily basis.

· Other duties as assigned to fulfill role.
