What is your role at AM Recruitment?
I am a Recruitment Support Officer at AM Recruitment, playing a pivotal role in supporting both our Blue and White Collar departments. My daily responsibilities involve sourcing and engaging with candidates to identify ideal matches for our client’s roles, whether on a staff or contract basis. In addition to my recruitment duties, I lend my expertise to our admin department, showcasing my versatility and commitment to contributing across various facets of our operations after completing my Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship, demonstrating a dedication to personal and professional growth.
