My names Joel, I am 30-year-old, and I have lived in Teesside my whole life. I have an interest in pretty much any form of sport, playing football, padel etc. Lifelong supporter of Middlesbrough FC and try attend as many games as I can every season. Also, massively into clothes and shoes – love a set of trainers!!
What is your role at AM?
I am currently a recruitment consultant covering the Blue Collar desk where I specialise in matching talent with the right opportunities. I have come from a transport and logistics recruitment background. My role involves identifying and screening candidates, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, supporting the hiring process from start to finish. I take pride in understanding the unique needs of each client and helping individuals find work. It’s a fast faced, people-focused role and I love being part of a team who are committed and can make a difference.

What I love about working at AM is supportive and collaborative team environment. From my first day, I have felt welcomed and empowered to contribute.
