Senior Process Engineer

Purpose

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for delivering technical solutions across a range of projects and technical areas, and for guiding and checking the technical solutions of more junior Engineers as necessary, on time and budget, and in accordance with all relevant Engineering and Company procedures.

The Senior Process Engineer will be pro-active in determining the optimum technical solution for each project they are working on, and in identifying improvements which might offer advantages in terms of time, cost, or safety, thereby allowing the Company to deliver work more effectively.

The Senior Process Engineer will be familiar with current practice and developments in their technical area, and will as necessary bring any new technology, innovation, or relevant changes in legislation to the attention of the Company. The Senior Process Engineer will also support the ongoing development of the policies and procedures of the Company and will identify any new tools, software or processes that could increase the efficiency of the Company’s technical delivery processes.

The Senior Process Engineer will demonstrate full understanding of and adherence to all relevant Engineering Procedures, Policies and Standards, and their practical application.

Commercial & Risk

·         Inform project manager / line manager of potential risks identified in a timely manner.

·         Work within allocated CTR or allocated hours where applicable.

·         Function as an ambassador for the Company, always presenting the right image to existing and potential clients.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications

·         The Senior Process Engineer is required to have a minimum of a degree or master’s degree in a related field.

·         Experience in a # role.

·         Leadership experience.
