JOB DESCRIPTION
Your primary duties will be:
- Supporting the overall Quality Assurance and control processes within the business.
- Support the business in providing training and appropriate guidance to the QA and Operations Team.
- Support the business in facilitating business improvement opportunities with the objective of customer fulfilment, reduced waste and higher profitability.
- Process qualification support of process development teams with New Product Introduction
- In conjunction with the technical and operations team, undertake process assessment and validation of manufacturing capabilities and improve business efficiency.
- Support the business in problem resolution and root cause analysis, with appropriate report preparation.
- Liaise with Customers to ensure all complaints are reviewed and closed out within agreed timescales.
- To ensure the Company is made aware of any concerns with services, products, systems or facilities, and to always ask for assistance if necessary.
- Internal Audits
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years with relevant working experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Quality Environment
- Good understanding of quality management system requirements, ISO9001:2015 essential, ISO13485 :2016 preferred
- Well versed in statistical process control and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience of maintaining an NCR register and ensuring close out of actions to deadlines
- You must be able to influence, train and coach at all levels

HOURS OF WORK
Your standard hours of work are:
40.0 hours per week.
Mon-Fri : 8.00 to 16.30pm
0.5 hour lunch
