We assist our clients to deliver high quality and complex heating and water projects, from design and funding through to implementation.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement a marketing plan for the Control Flow group of products.
Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing the role will involve:
Planning and implementing a multichannel marketing Communications plan
Managing the planning and implementation of marketing activities, through a variety of agencies
Tracking and reporting on marketing activities, measuring return on investment, and adapting the marketing plan to maximise the return on investment.
Management of the website through the CMS including SEO and Analytics
Liaising with operations to manage campaigns in line with operational availability.
To ensure understanding of the company quality and environmental management systems and to work according to their requirements.
To be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work of the job holder as well as ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation that is applicable to the job.
Ensure all company’s activities are GDPR compliant.
Also do any ad-hoc duties within the business when necessary.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate will need to have:
3+ years’ experience in a marketing role with experience of both digital and offline marketing
A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising
Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns (Both on and offline media)
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Knowledge and understanding of using a WordPress CMS and search engine optimisation
Experience of working with and managing agencies
Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise work across multiple agencies
Experience in data analysis and using the information to improve campaigns.
Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
