My client are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager/Director dependent upon level working from London and the Home Counties.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Demonstrate extensive expertise on Health & Safety associated with all projects have a proven history within the Asbestos, Demolition, and environmental industry, skilled in Risk management, risk assessment, site auditing, accident investigations, Auditing Root case analysis and the corrective actions to be taken.
- Provide proactive and visible Health & Safety during onsite monitoring work actives.
- Be commercially aware when providing Health & Safety advise on site.
- Self-confidence, have the ability to build effective relationships with people at all different levels within the company including working collaboratively with the supply chain.
- You will be working as part of a strong management team and supported throughout your career journey.
- Have an understanding with all ISO’S and familiarised with company policies and procedures.
- Be able to demonstrate good skills, knowledge and understanding of IT and include XL, be able to produce spreadsheets.
- Have all the appropriate professional qualifications to include NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and have a full understanding regarding licence assessment, license renewal and interviews.
- The role will be national and we have a number of offices throughout the UK to accommodate location.
This is a full-time position. Working hours will be 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday but may be required to work outside these hours if needed.
